MANUFACTURING & QUALITY CONTROL

1. Manufacturing process

002.jpg

A detailed description of how the factory transforms raw materials into finished products. Each key step can be accompanied by images or flowcharts for better readability.

Example Process (Stainless Steel Beer Tap):

Raw Material Selection

1.Uses food-grade stainless steel 304 or 316 to ensure corrosion resistance and safety.

2.Strictly controls material sources to comply with international standards.

CNC Precision Machining

1.Utilizes CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines for precision cutting and polishing.

2.Ensures dimensional accuracy, maintaining tolerances as per customer requirements.

Welding & Assembly

1.Employs automated welding technology to guarantee uniform and firm welds.

2.Combines manual assembly with mechanical assistance for better consistency.

Surface Finishing

1.Polishing (mirror polishing, electrolytic polishing, etc.).

2.Coating (such as PVD gold plating, black coating, brushed finish).

Laser Engraving & Customization
Offers custom laser engraving for branding, allowing logos to be etched onto taps, towers, and other products.

Quality Inspection
Conducts strict testing on every product before shipment, including pressure and leakage tests.

2. Quality Control system

A. Incoming Material Inspection

  • Ensures stainless steel materials comply with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

  • Uses spectrometer analysis to verify metal composition and purity.

  • Measures dimensions and thickness to meet design specifications.

B. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

  • Conducts real-time sampling inspections at key stages such as CNC machining, welding, and assembly.

  • Ensures precision in product dimensions.

  • Performs pressure tests on each batch to verify internal structural stability.

C. Final Quality Inspection (FQC)

  • Appearance Check: Ensures surfaces are free from scratches, stains, or defects.

  • Functionality Test: Verifies flow rate and sealing performance to prevent leakage.

  • Pressure Resistance Test: Applies 4-6 bar pressure to ensure high-pressure resistance.

  • Compatibility Test: Connects to various kegs and beer lines to confirm proper functionality.

D. Certifications & Compliance

  • Products comply with NSF (USA), CE (EU), and FDA food-contact material standards.

  • Quality management system adheres to ISO 9001:2015.

  • Third-party testing reports are available upon request.

3. Testing Equipment

006.jpg

To maintain product quality, the factory is equipped with advanced testing instruments, including:

  • Spectrometer – Analyzes stainless steel and brass material composition.

  • Pressure Tester – Evaluates the sealing integrity of beer taps and towers.

  • Salt Spray Tester – Tests corrosion resistance of surface coatings.

  • Caliper & Micrometer – Ensures dimensional accuracy within standard tolerances.
